Civica Software Licence and Support of a Revenues and Benefits System

Civica Software licence and Support of Teignbridge’s Revenues and Benefit System. This VEAT notification is for the licencing and support of the existing Teignbridge Council Revenues and Benefits System on their behalf by Strata Service Solutions Ltd a Teckal company part owned by Teignbridge District Council. Strata Service Solutions manage the budget and the contract on behalf of Teignbridge District Council. The Council are not looking to procure a replacement system, but just continue with licence and support of the system currently in place. A re-procurement will take place in 2 years time. Civica Ltd is the owner of the Intellectual property rights (IPR) of the APP System software and is the sole provider of licences and support. Civica is therefore the only provider able to provide licences, maintenance and support of the software.
