ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS4
--Candidates must be legal entities or natural persons.
--Candidates must be registered in a Member State of the European Union or in a country with which the European Union has concluded an agreement on public procurement.
--Candidates must have the necessary financial and economic capacity to perform the contract.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS4
--Candidates must have proven experience in providing training services in the field of occupational health, safety, prevention, and protection.
--Candidates must have a team of qualified trainers with relevant expertise and certifications.
--Candidates must be able to develop and deliver training programs tailored to the specific needs of the OIB personnel.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS2
--Candidates must demonstrate sufficient financial stability to undertake the contract.
--Candidates must provide evidence of their financial standing, such as annual accounts or financial statements.
