Castle Rock Edinvar - Grounds Maintenance Framework

Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a Grounds Maintenance Contract to achieve the standard set out within the specification in accordance with site drawings and GIS mapping provided. The initial contract term will be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for two (2) further period of one (1) year each. Castle Rock Edinvar currently spend approximately 320,000 GBP per annum on providing grounds maintenance services to circa 170 schemes and properties in the East Lothian, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Midlothian, Milton of Campsie, Stirling, Tullibody and West Lothian regions.
