Cookridge Fire Station Refurbishment

To appoint a contractor to complete Cookridge Fire Station’s Building Refurbishment Scheme, which is based at 999 Otley Old Road, Leeds, Bradford, LS16 7BF.The scope of the works consists of external fabric upgrading including removal of defective and inefficient rooflights, introduction of LED lighting, necessary electrical upgrading works and general internal and external building upgrading works, improvements to fixtures, fittings and kitchen facilities and the provision of unisex individual dignity wash, shower, WC and change accommodation and upgraded individual dignity rest/study room accommodation.
