VOIDs Cleaning Services EAST0650

THIS HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED Eastlight is looking for a partner to carry out Cleaning and Clearance of its VOIDs properties and any other works identified of a similar nature. The Contractor will be appointed on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 for duration of 2 years plus 1 x 12-month extension commencing November 2022. It is anticipated that approximately 635 void properties will require cleaning and/or clearance works (including garden clearance) per annum. These numbers are for indication only and in no way guarantees actual work levels. In addition the contractor may be requested to fully or part clear tenanted properties upon the direction of the Contract Administrator.
