Tondiraba tn 13 kinnisasja osa kasutusse andmine parkimisteenuse korraldamiseks

Lasnamäe Linnaosa Valitsus otsib partnerit, kes 48 kuuks kontsessiooni alusel oma kulude ja lubadega rajaks ja haldaks 6 669 m² suurusel Tondiraba 13 kinnistul valvega tasulise avaliku parkla (ehitus-/rekonstrueerimiskohustus puudub, kuid kõik load ja platsi korrashoid on kohustuslikud ning leping ei hüvita investeeringuid).

Lasnamäe Linnaosa Valitsus otsib 48 kuuks kontsessioonilepingu alusel Tondiraba tn 13 kinnisasjale (6 669 m²) parkimisteenuse operaatorit, kellel puuduvad piirangud Vene või Valgevene jurisdiktsioonis ning kes peab esitama pakkumuse hiljemalt 29.10.2025 kell 10:00 (eelduslik hanke väärtus 300 000 € ilma KM-ta).
