NHS South Yorkshire ICB Sheffield place : Harold Street Medical Centre

NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (under delegated commissioning arrangements from NHS England) have awarded an Alternative Personal Medical Services contract to Primary Care Sheffield Limited, Fifth Floor, 722 Prince of Wales Road, Sheffield S9 4EU for the delivery of primary medical services to patients of Harold Street Medical Centre, 2 Harold Street, Sheffield, S6 3QW on a short-term caretaker basis. <br/><br/>The contract term is 18 months with effect from 01 July 2023 and with an end date of 30 June 2025. <br/><br/>The Commissioner wishes to secure services for this period while a full needs assessment is completed to determine future commissioning requirements for the provision of primary care services to the local population. <br/><br/>The outcome of this assessment will inform the decision made by the Commissioner on future arrangements and if at that time a new contract is to be offered, the ICB will undertake a competitive procurement process.
