Nottinghamshire County Council have appointed an experienced provider to deliver one to one business support, webinars and events/workshops to support Nottinghamshire businesses of varying sizes, at different stages and on a range of topics on behalf of Commissioning bodies comprising all 7 Nottinghamshire district/borough councils: Ashfield District Council - https://www.ashfield.gov.uk/ Bassetlaw District Council - https://www.bassetlaw.gov.uk/ Broxtowe Borough Council - https://www.broxtowe.gov.uk/ Gedling Borough Council - https://www.gedling.gov.uk/ Mansfield District Council - https://www.mansfield.gov.uk/ Newark & Sherwood District Council - https://www.newark-sherwooddc.gov.uk/ Rushcliffe Borough Council - https://www.rushcliffe.gov.uk/ The services includes • One to One business advice • Workshops and events – to include online and in person • Support for B2B & B2C businesses, including, retail (highstreets, city/town centres, rural and visitor economy businesses (e.g., hospitality, food and drink, retail, manufacturing) • Business advice and support to improve adoption of digital technologies, productivity, innovation, R and D and access to finance. • Trading overseas programme to support businesses to start to or improve their trade globally • Decarbonisation support package to drive towards Nottinghamshire’s net zero targets • Business start-up support • Business resilience and growth programme • Manufacturing support for product innovation, design and testing for businesses
