Manufacturing, supply, erection and installation of the equipment for Enefit 280-2 Shale Oil Production Plant Flare

Competition in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 1009 - § 1013. The Contracting Entity intends to purchase Manufacturing, supply, erection and installation of the equipment for Enefit 280-2 Shale Oil Production Plant Flare. In summary, the Scope of Work under the Contract includes, inter alia, the provision of those services, that labour, material, equipment and works (including civil works) as required of the Contractor in order to design, deliver to the site, assemble, install, commission and test and place in operation a complete set of Enefit 280-2 Shale Oil Production Plant Flare, as defined in more detail, but without limitation, in the Tender Documents, and as otherwise required to meet all requirements set forth in the Contract or implied by the Contract, all in accordance with the terms of Contract.
