Services on the provision of technical training package for the election cybersecurity capacity building (Montenegro)

The technical training package procured will consist of technical in-person training course, a cybersecurity Capture-The-Flag (CTF) competition, and a cyber exercise. The Contracting Authority aims the procure services for developing and executing a cybersecurity program that trains & tests the participants and validates the learnt materials at the end of the program. In total, the training package modules together shall last at least 9 days covering all aspects of tools and solutions of how to detect and mitigate cyberattacks.
