Provision of a Carrier Chillers Maintenance Measured Term Contract (MTC)

This Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice relates to a project to establish an agreement for the Provision of a Carrier Chillers Maintenance Measured Term Contract (MTC) at the University of Strathclyde. The estimated value of the Contract across a 48-month period is GBP 94,840.20, exclusive of VAT. Please note, although the estimated value of this Contract is below the GPA/OJEU threshold for Services, the University has decided to publish this VEAT notice for transparency purposes. It is anticipated that the contract duration will be for an initial 24-month period, with the option to extend for up to an additional two 12-month periods. The Contract is anticipated to commence on the 13 December 2021.
