Prompt invoicing, collection and recovery of debt are essential activities that underpin the financial stability of Walsall Council. An effective income collection system is necessary to ensure that all income due is identified, invoiced, collected, receipted and banked properly. The Council aspires to collect all debt owing, promptly, effectively, efficiently and economically. Walsall Council are seeking to procure the services of a number of Enforcement Agencies to deliver both Enforcement Agency Collection and Debt Collection Services via the granting of concession to the successful tenderers under the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.
