21082 Provision for E-Lending services for the Library services

The Authority is looking for providers who can offers services in the area of E-Lending resources. The tender will be split into 3 lots: Lot 1 Ebooks Lot 2 EAudiobooks Lot 3 EMagazines & eNewspapers The Authority may award to multiple providers to each Lot in order to provide the widest choice for its members. The estimated value of all lots combined will be between £300,000 - £400,000 over the full term. However, bidders must be aware that the Budget is set on an annual basis and is subject to change. Budgets are set in February each year, and the Authority will discuss with successful Providers what can be offered based on the set budget.
