The Council invites bidders to respond to this ITT for the provision of Catering Services at the Brighton Centre for an initial term of five years, with the option to extend for two further periods of twelve months.(5+1+1) The purpose of this tender is to obtain professional, properly defined and costed propositions and solutions for the provision of a catering services concession contract at the Brighton Centre.
