Estates Consultancy Services - Works over £5 million

Surrey Police, Sussex Police & East Sussex Fire Authority, hereafter referred to as the partners, require the appointment of an external architecturally led multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of projects above the value of £5m / project from RIBA stage 0 through to RIBA stage 7. Prior to it allocation to the successful bidder the feasibility of the project may have already been established following completion of RIBA stages 0 and 1 in these instance the successful bidder will undertake a thorough review of the RIBA Stage 2 report and supporting information flagging any shortfalls or accepting the information provided prior to commencing work. It is anticipated the total spend will be in the region of £8 million, with an estimated £6 million for Sussex Police, £2 million for Surrey Police. All projects are subject to individual business cases and are currently in their feasibility stage.
