Public Affairs Agency

NTL require a public affairs agency to provide senior counsel to the leadership team, stakeholder and communications teams, working at both a strategic and tactical level. The nature of the public affairs advice and steer we require sits within the context of our current operating model of public ownership and this must underpin the strategy and approach taken by the agency. The Supplier must uphold standards of public affairs by complying with the PRCA Public Affairs code of conduct or similar.The scope of these requirements has been split into the following three areas: insight, strategy and tactical engagement.
