Day To Day Building Maintenance

The Authority is seeking to ensure it continues to meet its obligations and needs to engage a suitably qualified and competent Supplier to supply all labour and materials to be able to satisfactorily undertake the execution of ALL maintenance and general repair work in ALL trades whether mentioned in the documents or not and to the Response Time (RT) limits as directed, at such buildings owned or controlled by the Authority during the contract period. The term of the contract shall be 1st April 2020 until 31st March 2025 with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months at the sole discretion of the Authority.
