Building Cleaning Services

The council are looking for an experienced contractor(s) to undertake Building Cleaning Services for Colchester City Council, Colchester Borough Homes, Braintree District Council and Tendring District Council. The opportunity is split into three Lots and full details of the opportunity are provided in the specification documents within this tender. Bidders may apply for 1,2 or all 3 Lots: Lot 1: Corporate Building Cleaning and Sheltered Scheme Cleaning for Colchester City Council and Colchester Borough Homes. Lot 2: Corporate Building Cleaning for Braintree District Council. Lot 3: Corporate Building Cleaning for Tendring District Council The contract will expire 31st March 2029, but with the option of 2 x 1 year extensions which will be subject to satisfactory performance.
