Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Viešojo pirkimo tikslas – sudaryti pagrindinę sutartį, pagal kurią būtų užsakomi statybos ir renovacijos darbai Tartu miesto nuosavybėje esančiuose nekilnojamojo turto objektuose. Pagrindinės sutarties pagrindu sudaromų pirkimo sutarčių dalykas – statybos ir renovacijos darbai Tartu miesto savivaldybės miesto turto departamento valdomuose administraciniuose, gyvenamuosiuose ir švietimo pastatuose bei statiniuose. Šio viešojo pirkimo pasiūlymo dalyko statybos darbams atlikti, kiekvienoje viešojo pirkimo dalyje bus sudaroma pirkimo sutartis su geriausią pasiūlymą pagal vertinimo kriterijus pateikusiu tiekėju, neorganizuojant mini konkurso. Visų būsimų pirkimo sutarčių, sudaromų pagrindinės sutarties pagrindu, tarp pagrindinės sutarties šalių – tiekėjų – bus organizuojami mini konkursai.
