Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Hertfordšyro grafystės tarybos vyresnių žmonių komisijų komanda atlieka pirminį rinkos konsultavimą (PME) dėl pagrindinių paslaugų teikėjų sutarčių, teikiamų visoje Hertfordšyre reabilitacijos ir pagalbos namuose paslaugoms. Dabartinės sutartys baigiasi 2027 m. kovo 31 d., o Taryba planuoja atlikti visą viešųjų pirkimų procesą 2026 m. Šios PME veiklos tikslas yra suteikti organizacijoms, turinčioms atitinkamą patirtį ir žinias, galimybę: • Pateikti pirminius vertinimus ir idėjas dėl paslaugų modelio, pageidaujamų rezultatų, apimties • Bendradarbiauti su Taryba, kad būtų geriau suprantamos jos prioritetai, iššūkiai ir numatomi rezultatai • Informuoti Tarybą apie dabartines rinkos tendencijas, naujoves ir pokyčius • Padėti Tarybai formuoti ir tobulinti būsimus reikalavimus, kad būtų užtikrintas jų efektyvus parengimas ir įgyvendinimas • Bendradarbiaujant su Taryba ištirti galimus variantus ir požiūrius Taryba apsvarstys šio pirminio rinkos konsultavimo metu gautą indėlį ir atsakymus, kad padėtų Tarybai priimti sprendimus ir toliau juos priimti.
