Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) siekia įsteigti Dinaminę pirkimo sistemą (DPS) paprastai naudojamoms prekėms ir paslaugoms tiekti iš plataus tiekėjų rato, siekiant sukurti etiško ir tvaraus tiekimo grandinę, kuri kurtų socialinę vertę vietos bendruomenėse. Education Commercial Services (ECS) yra Bishop Wilkinson Commercial Services Ltd, kuri yra visiškai valdoma Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust (BWCET) dukterinė įmonė, prekybinis pavadinimas, teikianti specializuotas viešųjų pirkimų paslaugas švietimo sektoriui. DPS buvo suprojektuota ir sukurta taip, kad ji sutelktų dėmesį į etines ir tvarias tiekėjų bei jų tiekimo grandinių praktikas, siekiant skatinti socialinės vertės rezultatus. DPS sukurs šias naudas visuose sektoriuose, vietovėse ir tiekėjams: • remti vietos MVĮ, labdaros organizacijas ir socialinius verslus, suteikiant joms augimo platformą, taip remiant vietos ekonomiką • padidinti socialinės vertės kūrimą šiomis temomis: COVID-19 atsigavimas, ekonominės nelygybės mažinimas, klimato kaitos stabdymas, lygiosios galimybės ir gerovė • sumažinti poveikį aplinkai, nesvarbu, ar tai būtų anglies dioksido, vandens, atliekų mažinimas ir (arba) žiedinės ekonomikos principai • skatinti 10 dienų mokėjimo terminus tiekėjams ir subrangovams, siekiant paremti vietos verslus • didinti tiekėjų informuotumą ir skatinti tiekėjus diegti naujas darbo praktikas, susijusias su etišku tiekimu, tvarumu, bendruomenės ir darbuotojų parama visoje tiekimo grandinėje. Teikdami paraiškas DPS, tiekėjai privalo nurodyti, kurioms kategorijoms jie teikia paraišką, kad būtų pakviesti į atitinkamus konkursus. Klientai naudos kategorijas, kad sudarytų atrinktų tiekėjų sąrašą ir pakviestų juos į tolesnius konkursus.
