Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Šio pirkimo tikslas – pasirinkti ir įdiegti modernią, saugią, visiškai dvikalbę (valų ir anglų kalbomis) personalo informacinę sistemą (HRIS), kuri pakeis dabartinę Social Care Wales personalo valdymo platformą (Ciphr). Naujoji sistema turi pagerinti ir supaprastinti personalo valdymo procesus, palaikyti efektyvų darbo jėgos valdymą, užtikrinti atitiktį valų kalbos standartams ir suteikti geresnę vartotojo patirtį darbuotojams, vadovams ir personalo komandoms. Siekiama pateikti sprendimą, kuris leis sklandžiai ir gerai valdomai diegti sistemą, paruoštą naudoti nuo 2026 m. rugsėjo 1 d.
