Šis DPS skirtas transporto paslaugoms iš namų į mokyklą ir socialinės priežiūros transporto paslaugoms teikti. Šis transportas bus skirtas įvairioms klientų grupėms, įskaitant (bet neapsiribojant) mokinius (į/iš bendrojo ugdymo ir specialiojo ugdymo įstaigas), vaikų socialinės priežiūros paslaugų naudotojus ir suaugusiųjų socialinės priežiūros paslaugų naudotojus.
