Tai ketverių metų dinaminės pirkimo sistemos (DPS) pagrindų sutartis, pagal kurią vykdysime papildomus konkursus transporto paslaugoms nuo namų iki mokyklos teikti. Visi operatoriai, atitinkantys pagrindų sutarties kriterijus, bet kuriuo metu DPS laikotarpiu turės galimybę dalyvauti papildomuose konkursuose dėl konkrečių maršrutų.
