This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is well-structured and clear in its objectives, demonstrating a proactive approach to shaping future procurement. While some structured data fields are unpopulated, the overall quality for a PME is good.

Įvertinimo detalės

Atitiktis teisės aktams75/100

The PME adheres to good pre-procurement practices, aiming to gather market input before a full tender. The CPV code is appropriate, and there are no disputes. The 'Type: None' and 'Procedure: None' in the structured data are formal omissions, but the description clarifies the nature of the activity.

Structured data fields 'Type' and 'Procedure' are unpopulated.
Aiškumas90/100

The purpose, scope, and expectations for participants in this Preliminary Market Engagement are exceptionally clear and unambiguous. The AI-extracted requirements accurately reflect the engagement's objectives.

Užbaigtumas80/100

For a Preliminary Market Engagement, the information provided is largely complete, including key dates, duration, and organizational details. The estimated value is classified, which is acceptable at this pre-tender stage.

Estimated value is classified, though acceptable for PME.
Sąžiningumas90/100

The PME is designed to be open and inclusive, inviting broad market participation to shape future requirements. The requirements for participation are generic and not tailored, ensuring fair access for relevant organizations.

Praktiškumas75/100

The process for engaging in the PME, via booking links for sessions, is practical. Key contract dates and duration are provided. While formal e-submission is not applicable for this PME, the method of engagement is straightforward.

No explicit document URLs provided, though implied by 'Click here to book'.
Duomenų nuoseklumas85/100

Dates are logical and consistent with the stated timeline for future procurement. The main inconsistency lies in the unpopulated 'Type' and 'Procedure' fields, which contradict the clear description of a Preliminary Market Engagement.

Inconsistency between unpopulated 'Type'/'Procedure' fields and descriptive text.
Tvarumas60/100

The PME explicitly seeks input on 'market trends, innovations and developments,' indicating a focus on future-proofing and innovation. The service itself is inherently social. However, there is no explicit mention of green procurement criteria.

No explicit mention of green procurement criteria.

Privalumai

Clear purpose and expectations for Preliminary Market Engagement.
Proactive approach to gather market insights and innovation.
Good transparency regarding the future procurement process.
Relevant CPV code and NUTS code provided.
Open and generic requirements for participation.

Problemos

Structured data fields 'Type' and 'Procedure' are unpopulated.

No explicit mention of green procurement criteria, even for future consideration.
The PME session booking window is relatively short (11 days from today's date to Feb 23rd).

Rekomendacijos
