Londono miestas kviečia tiekėjus dalyvauti preliminariame rinkos konsultacijų (PME) tyrime. Londono miestas šiuo metu atlieka „Golden Lane“ laisvalaikio centro (GLLC) renovaciją ir ieško tiekėjo, kuris valdytų sutarties renovacijos dalį. Esama valdymo sutartis baigiasi 2026 m. gruodžio mėn.
