Blackburn su Darwen rajono taryba siekia įsigyti Visų amžiaus globėjų paslaugą ir Informacijos bei konsultacijų paslaugą, kaip dalį savo „Happy Healthy and Well” (prevencijos) pasiūlymo, ir 2026 m. kovo 19 d., ketvirtadienį, rengia gyvą rinkos konsultacijų renginį. Renginio tikslas – geriau suprasti rinką ir surinkti informaciją apie tiekėjų pajėgumus, inovacijas ir teikimo modelius teikiant paramos paslaugas Blackburn su Darwen. Sesijos taip pat padės teikėjams suprasti pirkimo reikalavimus, socialinės vertės įsipareigojimus ir padės formuoti vertės pagrindu sukurtas paslaugų specifikacijas. Konsultacijų renginys apims abi šias atskiras paslaugų sritis: VISŲ AMŽIAUS GLOBĖJŲ PASLAUGA – Komisija 1 (šis pirkimas; ref. Nr.: DN807429) INFORMACIJOS IR KONSULTACIJŲ PASLAUGA – Komisija 2 (atskiras pirkimas; ref. Nr.: DN807446). Abi komisijos yra skirtingos ir veiks nepriklausomai. Tiekėjai turės parodyti stiprius ryšius su rajono VCFSE ir sveikatos tinklais. Rinkos konsultacijų renginys apims abi komisijas. Visų amžiaus globėjų paslauga: Tikslas – teikti visapusišką paramos pasiūlymą – įskaitant grupes, veiklas, patarimus ir intervencijas – tiems, kurie turi globėjų pareigas Blackburn su Darwen gyventojui. Ji bus prieinama visų amžiaus globėjams, įskaitant jaunus globėjus (5–15 metų); jaunus suaugusius globėjus (16–18 metų) ir suaugusius globėjus (18+ metų). Informacijos ir konsultacijų paslauga: Tikslas – padėti gyventojams nustatyti paslaugas, grupes ir paramos pasiūlymus, kurie leistų jiems išlaikyti nepriklausomybę. Tai rems Tarybos stiprybėmis grindžiamą požiūrį ir sudarys pagrindinį vietinės prevencijos pasiūlymo elementą, padedant asmenims ugdyti savo gebėjimus ir mažinant priklausomybę nuo valstybinių paslaugų. Rinkos konsultacijų renginys vyks 2026 m. kovo 19 d., ketvirtadienį, Livesey Family Hub. Registracija baigiasi 2026 m. kovo 18 d., trečiadienį, 12:00.
