Description originale de l'appel d'offres

À la demande du Ministère des Affaires rurales, un outil a été développé en coopération avec Sustinere OÜ en février 2024 pour les exploitations agricoles estoniennes engagées dans la production primaire afin d'évaluer leur empreinte carbone, c'est-à-dire leur impact climatique. L'Université estonienne des sciences de la vie a mené l'étude « Évaluations tests de l'empreinte carbone, ou de l'impact climatique, des exploitations agricoles au niveau de l'exploitation et du produit » (marché public n° 282148), dont l'objectif était de tester l'outil, et son rapport final comprenait des propositions pour compléter et améliorer l'outil. L'objectif de ce marché est de réaliser les améliorations recommandées dans l'outil basé sur Excel1 (ci-après dénommé l'outil) pour l'évaluation de l'empreinte carbone des exploitations agricoles, développé par Sustinere OÜ.
