Le département de l'éducation de la municipalité de Pärnu organise une procédure d'appel d'offres conjointe pour le « Service de restauration pour les écoles de Pärnu ». L'objet de l'appel d'offres est d'assurer une restauration adéquate des élèves et du personnel de l'école Tammsaare de Pärnu, de l'école fondamentale Kuninga Tänava de Pärnu, du lycée Ühisgümnaasium de Pärnu, de l'école Raeküla de Pärnu, de l'école fondamentale Rääma de Pärnu et de l'école Paikuse, en offrant aux élèves une nourriture saine, équilibrée, variée, savoureuse, adaptée à l'âge et, si nécessaire, tenant compte des besoins spéciaux (allergies) à un prix raisonnable. Le soumissionnaire est tenu de se familiariser avec le lieu d'exécution du contrat, et le représentant du soumissionnaire est tenu de signer l'acte pertinent sur place (RHS § 111 al. 6 point 1). Pour enregistrer la prise de connaissance du lieu d'exécution du contrat, le soumissionnaire doit envoyer une expression d'intérêt sous forme libre avec les coordonnées (nom, adresse e-mail, numéro de téléphone) à l'adresse e-mail de la personne responsable de l'appel d'offres public.
