Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Services to HMP High Down

NHS England (the Commissioner) sought to commission Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Services to HMP High Down. Adverts were placed on Contracts Finder and the Find a Tender Service and an Invitation to Tender (ITT) process, based on the Open procedure, was undertaken late summer / autumn 2022 to identify the Most Economically Advantageous Tender and therefore determine the incoming provider. The contract has been awarded to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. The contract term will be for 7 years, with a total contract value of £4,040,000. This value is inclusive of mobilisation funding which will be available in year 1. The contract is due to commence on 1st April 2023. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
