Cet appel d'offres a été organisé pour être utilisé par le Conseil d'Argyll et de Bute (le Conseil), les autres Organisations Participantes et leurs Entrepreneurs dans l'exécution du Système d'Achat Dynamique pour les Projets de Travaux de Construction d'Immobilisations, afin de servir de plateforme pour la conduite de mini-concours supplémentaires pour des Projets de Travaux de Construction d'Immobilisations spécifiques. Le présent Avis de Marché fait suite à l'Avis de Marché initial pour ce DPS, afin de permettre un avis en direct pour des réponses supplémentaires jusqu'à la fin de la période du DPS. Tous les soumissionnaires qui réussiront l'étape ESPD seront ajoutés au DPS.
