Description originale de l'appel d'offres

Le Conseil de Wiltshire a l'intention de mettre en place un Système d'Achat Dynamique (SAD) pour les services de transport de passagers. Il y aura 2 lots. Lot I, pour les véhicules de plus de 16 sièges, couvrant le transport domicile-école et le transport public. Lot 2 sera pour les véhicules de 16 sièges et moins, couvrant le transport pour les besoins éducatifs spéciaux (SEN), les services sociaux et le transport domicile-école. Le Conseil de Wiltshire aura également la possibilité de mener des enchères inversées électroniques et de rechercher des chauffeurs et des assistants passagers dans le cadre de ce SAD, comme indiqué dans la documentation de l'appel d'offres. Le SAD sera valable pour une période initiale de 5 ans, avec une option de prolongation pour toute période allant jusqu'à 2 ans supplémentaires, telle que définie et à la seule discrétion du Conseil. Le SAD sera ouvert aux candidatures à partir du 15/08/2022. Les appels d'offres dans le cadre du SAD commenceront le 01/12/2022. Si la candidature d'un fournisseur est retenue, il pourra alors recevoir les documents d'appel d'offres / de mini-concours et être en mesure de soumissionner pour les services de transport de passagers tels que décrits, dès qu'ils seront disponibles dans le cadre de ce SAD à partir du 01/12/2022. Le Conseil se réserve le droit de lancer également des appels d'offres pour les services de transport de passagers en dehors de ce SAD.
