Le Conseil Municipal de Kingston upon Hull (l'Autorité) recherche des prestataires pour fournir et dispenser des services d'apprentissage et de formation à l'Autorité. D'autres Autorités Contractantes (telles que définies dans le Règlement sur les Marchés Publics de 2015), dans les régions de l'Est du Yorkshire, du North Lincolnshire et du North Yorkshire, peuvent accéder à ce DPS. L'Autorité a l'intention d'établir un Système d'Achat Dynamique (DPS) qui sera administré via le portail YORtender (Mercell) pour la fourniture de services d'apprentissage et de formation. La durée des contrats sera régie par les besoins individuels de l'utilisateur du service. Les fournisseurs peuvent postuler pour rejoindre le DPS à tout moment de sa durée de vie. L'Accord DPS sur les Services d'Apprentissage et de Formation offrira à l'Autorité l'opportunité de se procurer une gamme de services dans le cadre de l'apprentissage et de la formation.
