Develop and Construct Contract - Appointment of Integrated Supply Team for Holy Trinity College, Cookstown, Co Tyrone - Ref MA17-50108604

The Project is for the provision of the design, supply, delivery, receiving, off-loading, setting into position, fixing, erection, building testing, commissioning and finishing in every respect of the new Holy Trinity College, Cookstown. The new school buildings and associated external and site works are to be completed first. Once decanting from the existing school to the new school is completed, the existing school can be demolished and removed followed by the completion of all the remaining external and site works. The new school will be a three storey school complex with a gross internal floor area of 17917m2. The project will include full construction works, mechanical and electrical services, external and site development works.
