Le Conseil mène cet exercice d'approvisionnement conformément au Règlement sur les marchés publics de 2015 (SI 2015/102) (le "Règlement"), et a l'intention d'établir un Système d'Achat Dynamique ("DPS") pour les Matériaux de Construction et les Produits Auxiliaires (les "Marchandises") sur une base non exclusive afin de répondre à ses propres besoins organisationnels et commerciaux avec des Opérateurs Économiques dûment qualifiés qui proposent des produits pour de multiples disciplines commerciales, telles qu'identifiées dans les catégories (voir les catégories ci-dessous).
