Les services requis comprendront la surveillance des médias et l'évaluation des médias, y compris les chiffres d'OTS / de visionnage ou similaires pour chaque coupure. De plus, une analyse des sentiments pour chaque coupure (sur demande) et devra être fournie sous format électronique. Il y a également une exigence pour un système de gestion de base de données de journalistes et un service de planification médiatique prospective. Ces exigences seront réparties en 3 lots et les soumissionnaires sont invités à soumissionner pour un, deux ou les 3 lots.
