Le conseil d'Aberdeenshire requiert la fourniture de deux services distincts de soutien au logement mobile pour les jeunes et les adultes. Le service de soutien au logement mobile pour les jeunes s'adresse aux personnes âgées de 16 à 21 ans, ainsi qu'aux jeunes sortant de l'aide sociale jusqu'à l'âge de 26 ans inclus, pour lesquels un besoin de soutien au logement a été identifié par les services d'options de logement ou de travail social, qui conservent le devoir légal de soutenir les jeunes sortant de l'aide sociale jusqu'à l'âge de 26 ans inclus. Le service de soutien au logement mobile pour adultes s'adresse aux personnes âgées de 21 ans et plus. Le soutien fourni sera flexible et adapté pour offrir un soutien centré sur la personne, répondant aux besoins changeants de chaque individu, avec pour objectif principal de fournir un soutien visant à promouvoir l'autonomie et à permettre aux personnes soutenues de conserver leur logement et de prévenir le sans-abrisme.
