Korjaus- ja huoltopalveluiden hankinta kattaa julkisen sektorin laitteiden, ajoneuvojen, rakennusten ja infrastruktuurin jatkuvan ylläpidon ja huoltotarpeet maailmanlaajuisesti. CPV-divisioonan 50 alla tämä kategoria sisältää ajoneuvokaluston huollon, rakennusjärjestelmien huollon (mukaan lukien LVI ja sähkö), hissi- ja liukukäytävien huollon, IT-laitteiden korjauksen, lääkinnällisten laitteiden huollon, teollisuuskoneiden huollon ja yleiset kiinteistönhuoltosopimukset.
Jokainen julkinen laitos tarvitsee huoltopalveluita, mikä tekee tästä yhden laajimmin levinneistä hankintakategorioista julkisissa menoissa. Julkisen ajoneuvokaluston huolto, rakennusten hallintajärjestelmien huolto, lääkinnällisten laitteiden kalibrointi ja korjaus sekä infrastruktuurin ylläpito edustavat keskeisiä hankinta-alueita. Siirtyminen ennakoiviin ja ennustaviin huoltokäytäntöihin, jotka perustuvat IoT-antureihin ja digitaalisiin seurantajärjestelmiin, modernisoi julkisten viranomaisten tapaa hallita huoltosopimuksiaan.
Huoltopalveluiden tarjoajien tulee osoittaa pätevää teknistä henkilöstöä, jolla on asianmukaiset sertifikaatit, valmistajan huoltoprotokollien noudattaminen, reagoivat palvelutasosopimukset ja kattavat varaosien hallintakyvyt. Yritykset, jotka tarjoavat integroituneita huoltoratkaisuja useille laitetyypeille, voivat saada suurempia puitejärjestelyjä.
