Työpaikkojen modernisointitrendit, mukaan lukien siirtyminen joustaviin ja yhteistyöhön perustuviin työtiloihin, muokkaavat huonekaluhankintojen määrityksiä. Julkisten rakennusten remonttiaalto luo kysyntää sekä standardi- että räätälöidyille huonekaluratkaisuille.
