Remondi- ja hooldusteenuste hanked hõlmavad avaliku sektori seadmete, sõidukite, hoonete ja infrastruktuuri pidevaid hooldus- ja teenindusvajadusi kogu Euroopas. CPV jaotuse 50 all hõlmab see kategooria sõidukipargi hooldust, hoonete süsteemide hooldust, sealhulgas kütte- ja elektrisüsteeme, liftide teenindust, IT-seadmete remonti, meditsiiniseadmete hooldust ja rajatiste üldhaldust.
Iga avaliku sektori asutus vajab hooldusteenuseid, muutes selle üheks kõige laiemalt levinud hankekategooriaks Euroopa avaliku sektori kulutustes. Suundumus ennetava ja ennustava hoolduse suunas, mida võimaldavad IoT-andurid ja digitaalsed jälgimissüsteemid, moderniseerib viisi, kuidas avaliku sektori asutused oma hoolduslepinguid haldavad.
