CPV jaotuse 66 all hõlmab see kategooria pangandusteenuseid, kindlustuskaitset avaliku vara ja vastutuse jaoks, pensionifondide haldust, maksete töötlemist, finantsnõustamis- ja tehinguteenuseid.
Avaliku sektori asutused hangivad finantsteenuseid avalike vahendite haldamiseks, valitsuse varade ja tegevuse kindlustamiseks, töötajate hüvitiste pakkumiseks ning suurte kapitalinvesteerimisprogrammide toetamiseks. Kindlustushanked on eriti olulised, kuna valitsusasutused vajavad kaitset kinnisvaraportfellide, avaliku vastutuse, ametialase vastutuse ja erinevate riskide jaoks.
