Sirvi kanalisatsiooni-, jäätme-, puhastus- ja keskkonnateenuste hankeid.
Keskkonnateenuste hanked hõlmavad jäätmekäitlus-, puhastus- ja keskkonnakaitseteenuseid, mis on hädavajalikud rahvatervise ja keskkonnakvaliteedi tagamiseks kogu Euroopas. CPV jaotuse 90 all hõlmab see kategooria olmejäätmete kogumist ja käitlemist, taaskasutamist, tänavapuhastust ja lumekoristust, reoveepuhastust, ohtlike jäätmete käitlemist, saastunud pinnase saneerimist ja hoone puhastusteenuseid.
Omavalitsused ja piirkondlikud valitsused on peamised keskkonnateenuste hankijad, haldades jäätmekogumise lepinguid, taaskasutusrajatisi ja avalike alade hooldust. EL-i ringmajanduse tegevuskava ja uuendatud jäätmedirektiivid ajendavad kõrgtehnoloogiliste taaskasutamisteenuste ja jäätmetest energia tootmise lahenduste hankimist.
Keskkonnateenuste pakkujad peaksid tõendama vastavust EL-i jäätmekäitluse eeskirjadele, keskkonnalubadele ning töötervishoiu ja -ohutuse standarditele.
