CPV jaotuse 71 all hõlmab see kategooria arhitektuurilist disaini, linna- ja maastikuplaneerimist, konstruktsioonilist inseneritööd, mehaanilist ja elektrilist insenerikonsultatsiooni, projektijuhtimist, ehitusjärelevalvet, hoonete inspekteerimist ja keskkonnamõjude hindamist.
