Lowest-price-wins (100 % weighting) contract for the mandatory construction of the Kose-Ravila 16–30 kV medium-voltage network upgrade in Harju County by 30.04.2026, where Elektrilevi supplies the 120 mm² cable but the bidder must supply all other materials and transport the cable, so only fully qualified electrical-works firms able to meet Elektrilevi’s version-23 standard terms and deliver at the cheapest total cost should bid.

Elektrilevi OÜ otsib keskpingevõrgu ehitustööde teostajat, kellel on viimase 5 aasta jooksul olnud vähemalt 3 sarnast elektriehituslepingut (sh üks alates 40 000 eurot) ning kes vastab kohustuslikele kõrvaldamise alustele (puuduvad kriminaalkaristused ja maksuvõlad) - materjalid (välja arvatud KP maakaabel) ning tööde täitmine kuni 30.04.2026 on pakkuja kohustus.
