This mandatory Elektrilevi OÜ tender requires completion of low-voltage connections in Rapla by 29.12.2025, with strict compliance to standard terms and mandatory pre-qualification: bidders must have both a switching-authorised worker (0.22–20 kV) and a designated C-responsible person already registered in Elektrilevi’s Partner Portal before the bid deadline—if your firm lacks these two certified individuals in EPP, do not bid.

Elektrilevi OÜ will pick the lowest-price bid (100 % price-only criterion) to build the low-voltage connections at Pilviku 1-3 & Saula tee 5, Uusküla, Rapla vald by 29 Dec 2025, so only contractors that can supply labour, meet Elektrilevi’s standard terms (ver. 23) and beat the market price should tender.

Mandatory: no criminal/corruption/tax-debt exclusions and at least 3 low-voltage electrical construction contracts completed in the last 5 years; bid only if you can deliver the Rapla county street-lighting connection works by 29 Dec 2025 and accept Elektrilevi’s 18.06.2024 ver.23 standard terms.
