Provision of Cyclical Redecorations for PA Housing in the Midlands North

Paragon Asra Housing are looking to appoint a Contractor to deliver their programme of Cyclical Redecoration and associated repairs works over the term of the Contract. The contract term will be three years with the contract commencing 1 September 2021 and concluding 30 August 2024.The annual programme of Cyclical Painting across PA’s portfolio is anticipated to have a total value of approximately £500,000 per annum, inclusive of VAT and includes circa 881 sites. The works and services required by these contracts can include but are not restricted to:The complete redecoration of all previously painted external surfaces and internal common parts to blocks and houses as detailed in the Property List.Renewal of fascias and soffits where required (to match existing)Renewal of timber canopies where required.Pre-paint repairsTimber window repairs/renewalsRenewal of communal floor finishes where requiredGutter and roof repairs
