Stratford Waterfront Culture and Education Development — Vertical Circulation

The London Legacy Development Corporation (‘LLDC’) as the contracting authority has awarded a contract, with 1 contractor, for the vertical circulation (Standard Lifts) works for the Sadler's WellsEast building at the Stratford Waterfront, Culture and Education Development at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park,Stratford. The works comprise all activities required to complete the design and deliver the construction, testing, commissioning and handover of the lift installations — including all installations and interfaces as noted herein— for the Sadler’s Wells, BBC, UAL and V&A East buildings together with lifts to the Public Realm, all withinthe East Bank Programme on Stratford Waterfront at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, as further described in theworks information. The works are due to be carried out on site between February 2021 and November 2022.
