SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS4

--Bids must be submitted in one of the official languages of the European Union.

--Bids must be submitted by the deadline: 2026-10-19 16:00:59.

--The procedure is an open procedure, meaning all interested economic operators can submit a bid.

MANDATORY EXCLUSION GROUNDS1

--The tenderer must not be subject to any of the mandatory exclusion grounds as defined in the relevant EU directives or national legislation.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS2

--The economic operator must be established in an EU Member State or a country with which the EU has concluded an agreement on public procurement.

--The economic operator must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS3

--The economic operator must demonstrate proven experience in the production and supply of geospatial products.

--The economic operator must have the necessary technical infrastructure and expertise to provide rapid and on-demand geospatial products based on the analysis of satellite imagery and collateral data.

--The economic operator must be able to deliver products in different formats.

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS1

--The economic operator must demonstrate sufficient financial capacity to perform the contract.
