ITT for the Provision of a Sole Caterer at Oxford Town Hall

This Contract is for the provision of a sole caterer at Oxford Town Hall. Originally the intention of tendering for a sole caterer for Oxford Town Hall would assist targeting wider audiences and develop our product in current and new markets to achieve this. It was hoped a sole caterer would bring our product in line with our competitors to make an attractive commercial offer to new customers in segments needing expansion and development. Since the Pandemic, the loss of income and cancellation of future events has resulted in us needing to revise our objectives: • To enable income recovery from the pandemic and increase revenue enough to generate extra income as budgeted • Launch an improved product & service offering to ensure our place in the market is appropriate to potential clients we wish to target • To streamline the customer journey and improve the service we offer to our clients • To improve the wider visitor experience to the Town Hall to tie in with the Museum opening in 2021 It is more important than ever that a sole caterer can work with us and enable us to increase income and engage potential leads with an attractive product and encourage various segments to see Oxford Town Hall as a leading destination for events in Oxford.
