Translink Insurance Programme

Insurance pricing and cover for the insurance programme of Translink is sought, with an inception date of 01 April 2023. Bidders must be Insurance Companies regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Market Act 2000, Insurance Companies Act 1982 and any other statutory modifications. The insurer shall be authorised to write the classes of insurance listed in the Contract Notice. This tender does not include a requirement for any insurance broking services. This tender opportunity is being published on behalf of Translink* by its insurance brokers, Willis Towers Watson (WTW). Translink is NOT running this tender competition. (* Contracting entities within the Translink group include Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company and its subsidiary companies Ulsterbus Ltd, Citybus Ltd, NI Railways Co Ltd, Flexibus Ltd, Translink (NI) Ltd, NIR Operations Ltd and NIR Networks Ltd, Ulsterbus Employees' Welfare Fund).
